We stopped here for lunch during our trip to Korcula. We were here at an off-peak time so it was not busy. The food was exceptional - every dish we tried was delicious - I’m still thinking about this meal long after we left Croatia. I would rate it above the tasting menu we tried at the Michelin star restaurant when it comes to quality for price. It was probably one of the best meals we had during our trip. Cute outdoors seating and friendly service. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious here. We had a squash salad, gnocchi with a beef stew, and a risotto. Everything tasted amazing. We also had focaccia bread, which they bake fresh every day - it was fabulous!

Beautiful atmosphere, even more beautiful food. The sea bass carpaccio, homemade gnocchi with dalmatian ragu and the octopus were all 10/10. Our evening at the restaurant was made perfect by the waiter Domagoj, who deserves a raise for his amazing service:)

Stopped in here for a quick late lunch after just arriving on the ferry from Dubrovnik and what a find! The most perfect spot overlooking the bay, watching boats come and going on the crystal clear water. The food was outstanding (we had the fresh gnocchi with beef ragu and the prawn buzara - dish of the day - incredible!) we were sat a lovely table for two outside in the sunniest spot, and served by the lovely Miranda who looked after us with a smile and an excellent wine recommendation (Posip Nerica - local)! It was just the most perfect way to arrive on the beautiful island of Korcula. We’ll be back again before we leave

Superb! Best steak tartare on the planet! Duck breast outstanding too, they have a great cook, service staff are professional and lovely. A proper gem on the Korcula strip, highly recommended!

Amazing experience at Pensatore. Warm greeting, attentive service, delicious food, beautiful view and ambiance…we could not believe our luck finding this place! We ordered the prawn pasta and tomato salad. Fresh and flavorful. They were able to accommodate for gluten free (celiac) with homemade pasta!

It was a busy evening in Korcula old town with tables often reserved but thanks to us we stumbled across Pensatore and welcomed us in. The food is absolutely fabulous : I had octopus on creamy polenta and spring onions and my husband had huge prawns in a spicy tomato broth. The wine is pricey though 45 euros upwards so we had some beers. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended

Wow – what an outstanding experience! Everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere was absolutely flawless. We started with the sardines and the sea bass carpaccio – both incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. For mains, we had the gnocchi (the best we’ve had anywhere in Croatia so far!) and the octopus with polenta, which was cooked to perfection. Every dish was beautifully prepared and memorable. Truly a gem – highly recommended!
